My Transformation Story…
My love for fitness all started on 10/2016! I remember feeling mentally and physically tired all the time. I used to hate seeing myself in the mirror because I really disliked my body. Food was my addiction. I would eat my favorite foods and then regret it right after…. every single time! It was an on going cycle for many, many years. One day I decided to just sign up for my local gym and start going! (mind you, I had never stepped in a gym before…so yes, I was terrified!) My very first day there, I had no idea what to do. All I knew was that I wanted to lift weights, lose fat, and gain muscle! I did a whole lot of research online. Everything I know now I have learned from YouTube, Instagram, and personal experience! Just as important as the exercise part is, so is the nutrition part. There was a lot of trial and error with this part as well. After doing research and trying one thousand diets, I finally found the foods that worked best for me. With the workouts, diet, and consistency, I was able to lose fat and grow muscle! I also do want to mention that between the 2 pictures above, I went through many transformations, physically and mentally.The first photo was in 2015 & the second photo was 2025. I have been at my biggest, skinnest, and fitest in those 10 years. Through it all I have stayed true to myslef in what my goals are and what has worked best with me. Of course, I still enjoy my favorite foods here and there because I believe in lifestyle changes not quick diets. I hope to not only inspire you but be very helpful in your fitness journey!
